AP Schools calendar

సమ్మెటివ్‌-1 పరీక్ష 6-10 తరగతులకు డిసెంబరు 27 నుంచి జనవరి 7 వరకు, సమ్మెటివ్‌-2 పరీక్ష 6-9 తరగతులకు ఏప్రిల్‌ 18 నుంచి 29 వరకు నిర్వహిస్తారు. సెప్టెంబరు, నవంబరు, ఫిబ్రవరి, మార్చి నెలల్లో ఫార్మెటివ్‌ పరీక్షలు ఉంటాయి. ఈ ఏడాదీ విద్యార్థులు నీళ్లు తాగేందుకు 'నీటి గంట' అమలు చేస్తున్నారు. ఇందుకు 5 నిమిషాలు విరామం ఇస్తారు. ప్రతి నెలా మొదటి, మూడో శనివారం 'నో బ్యాగ్‌ డే'ను నిర్వహిస్తారు. బోధన ప్రణాళికలు, తరగతిలో గమనించిన అంశాలు రాసుకునేందుకు ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ప్రత్యేక డైరీ ఉంటుంది. విద్యార్థుల్లో పుస్తక పఠనం పెంచేందుకు ప్రతి రోజు ఒక పీరియడ్‌ 'చదవడం మాకిష్టం' కార్యక్రమానికి కేటాయిస్తారు. 9, 10 తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు ప్రతి శుక్రవారం 8వ పీరియడ్‌లో 'కెరీర్‌ గైడెన్స్‌'పై అవగాహన కల్పిస్తారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి వివిధ శాఖల అధికారులను ఆహ్వానిస్తారు. వారంలో ఒక రోజు పాఠశాల ఆరోగ్య కార్యక్రమం, ప్రముఖ దినోత్సవాలు, సామూహిక పఠనంలాంటివి నిర్వహించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

AP School Opening Procedure under Covid-19 Pandemic

Memo No. ESE01-SEDNOCSE/784/2021-PROG-II Dated: 14.08.2021

Sub: School Education – COVID-19 pandemic – Academic year 2021-22 – Opening of schools and learning with physical/social distancing duly following the COVID protocol and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on various activities in schools for Academic Year 2021 -22- Orders – Issued.

2. Order No.40-3/2020-DM-I(A), Dated:28.07.2021 of the Union Home Secretary, Chairman, NEC, Gol, New Delhi.

3. G.O.Rt.No.429, Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department, Dated: 09.08.2021.

4. From the DSE, A.P, eFile No:ESE02-30027/5/2021-A&I-CSE-Part(1), Dated:05-08-2021 & 14.08.2021.

In pursuance of the instructions and guidelines issued by the Gol and also in consultation with Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department, the Government is decided to open the schools for the academic year 2021-22 in the State strictly in accordance with the following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and general instructions.

2. All Schools shall be opened w.e.f 16-8-2021 in areas with less than 10% positivity. Village/ward secretariat may be taken as a unit for determining the positivity on a weekly basis.

3. Classes to the students of a section of a particular class/standard shall be conducted in such a way that each section shall be divided into batches with not more than 20 students in each batch. The regular school timings shall be followed and all teaching and nonteaching staff will have to attend every working day.

4. Wherever the school accommodation is sufficient to conduct all classes in a single day with each section not having more than 20 students, the schools shall run every day for all classes. Wherever the school accommodation is not adequate enough to hold all classes every day with the norm of 20 students for class or batch, classes may be opened and run on alternative days. For eg. Class VI and VII on one day and Class VIII to X on another day or in any combination that accommodates children not exceeding 20 per section/class/batch. 5. On the modalities to be followed for carrying out the academic activity, the DOSEL, GoI have issued detailed instructions for drawing up Covid Response Action Plan and on identifying and mainstreaming of Out of School Children and ensuring sustained Enrolment, Retention and Transition.

7. Headmaster of every school, at the Mandal/Divisional/District and Regional Level Educational Officers, shall ensure that the road map for covid response is drawn up as per the guidelines immediately. The COVID response roadmap shall carry out detailed interventions for all the three stages, i.e. Maintain, Restore and Grow as suggested by DOSEL, Government of India.

8. The headmasters shall first focus on preparing the students for the classroom interaction by mitigating the learning loss that occurred during the pandemic and then plan for regular academic activity, without compromising on the Covid related guidelines.

9. Director, School Education shall communicate a detailed academic calendar in consultation with Director, SCERT for implementation by all government, government-aided and unaided private schools in the state.

School wise SOP to be drawn up

10. Duly complying with the above instructions and also as per the following SOP and general instructions the Headmasters/Principals/Correspondents of all schools shall prepare a school-wise SOP in consultation with the Parents Committees and communicate a copy to the Mandal/Divisional/District/Regional

Education Officers concerned.

SOP for the opening of schools

11. The SOP communicated by the Medical and Health department for the opening of schools for the academic year 2021-22 shall be as follows:

  1. a) All covid protocols are to be followed by the schools with reference to wearing of the mask at all times, hand hygiene and social distance by students faculty and staff.
  2. b) At the entry of the school all the students, staff and faculty shall be examined for any symptoms and suspected persons be asked to return home and get them tested.
  3. c) To the possible extent, a portable thermal scanner shall be placed at the entry of the school and all students and staff shall be screened with a thermal scanner to identify fever-like symptoms.
  4. d) Assembly, group work, games shall not be permitted until further orders.
  5. e) Parents dropping the children shall be examined for covid like symptoms. If any such symptoms are found, they may be advised to give their sample for a covid19 test at the nearest health facility.
  6. f) Hand sanitizers to be placed for frequent sanitization and students should be asked to practice and do hand washing (six steps) before and after meals and toilet use.
  7. g) Students and staff should be permitted to enter only with proper wearing of masks, maintenance of physical distance and hand sanitization.
  8. h) Seating arrangements should be made in such a way that proper 6 feet physical distance is ensured and alternate seats may be kept vacant.
  9. i) Sufficient ventilation must be there in classes with free airflow in the classrooms.
  10. j.All classrooms should be thoroughly disinfected periodically and all frequently touched objects shall be sanitized properly.
  11. k) Attendance of students to classes is to be voluntary and with written consent by the parents.
  12. 1) Children with old and comorbid parents/grandparents at home shall be advised to stay home and not to attend school as far as possible.
  13. m) Children with comorbidities shall also not to be permitted to attend school. Headmasters should personally monitor this aspect and under no circumstances this point should be overlooked. Sick children should also be not permitted to attend schools.
  14. n) Mid day meals shall be served in a staggered manner with different timings to each section of students. While sitting for mid day meals, they shall be made to sit one after the other with adequate physical distance. No two students shall sit face to face
  15. o) At the closing of school, students should leave the school in staggered manner with 10 minute interval to each section and they should not be permitted to congregate outside the school.
  16. p) Random testing of students faculty and staff shall be done and at least two students and one staff from each school to be tested every week, if positives are found the entire class can be tested.
  17. q) Sensitizing of parents towards covid appropriate behavior and on protecting our elderly shall be done. One period every day shall be dedicated to this activity to educate children. Students shall also be used as covid ambassadors to spread awareness to their parents on covid appropriate behavior.
  18. r) On reaching homes children shall be encouraged to take bath and then only enter the home. Hand washing shall be mandatorily done by children before entering homes.
  19. s) Sharing of items like pens/pencils, erasers, books, water bottles, glasses, plates is strictly prohibited.

  20. t). All the toilets should be cleaned with 1% sodium hypochlorite solution every day. Management to ensure adequate running water supply to the toilets in the schools.

  21. u).Transport for school children shall be staggered class wise and that school buses and school vans shall be filled only to half capacity. Use of autos and rickshaws for transport should be avoided and parents may be encouraged to bring children themselves where school buses and vans are not available

  22. v). A  school level task force must be constituted with headmaster, two teachers to inculcate covid appropriate behavior among the students. All school level taskforce details have to be shared with Mandal level taskforce.

  23. w).All teachers should be vaccinated in the nearby Covid vaccination centers.

  24. x).While conducting the academic activities, there is every possibility of spread of disease with nonsymptomatic young children among students and they may also infect the old and vulnerable family members at home. The SOPs as detailed above may be followed without any deviations.

Care and Protection for children affected due to COVID

12. Further, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the Juvenile Justice Committee of Hon'ble High Court of A.P and the DOSEL, Gol have issued detailed instructions/guidelines with regard to the continuation of education to the

children who lost one of their parents or both due to COVID 19 and also to ensure rehabilitation of such children who are in need of care and protection. Further, instructions were also issued by the School Education Department vide

Memo.No.151/A&I/2020, Dated: 13.08.2021. Headmaster of every school, at the Mandal/Divisional/District and Regional Level Educational Officers shall ensure that the road map for Care and Protection for children affected due to COVID is drawn up as per the guidelines immediately.

13. No child affected due to COVID by losing either one of the parents or both the parents after March 2020 shall be discharged from the school on account of non payment of tuition fees or on account of lack of uniform and learning

material. All the managements of the private aided and unaided schools shall adhere to these instructions without fail.

General instructions

14. Further, the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/guidelines have been

issued by various departments i.e., Transport, Roads and Building Department,

School Education Department and MDM with respect to all aspects for preventive, precautionary and safety measures on COVID-19 for all stakeholders on reopening of schools. All schools shall strictly adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) issued by the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India and State Government from time to time.

15. State Project Director, SamagraShiksha shall issue detailed guidelines for distribution of Jagananna Vidya Kanuka kits to the students in compliance to these guidelines.

16. All Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and other concerned officials shall ensure strict enforcement of guidelines/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all activities in the schools issued by the Union/ State Governments from time to time for strict compliance on COVID-Appropriate behavior such as Wearing of Mask, Maintenance of Social Distancing and Frequent Hand washing in the schools without fail.

17. The Director of School Education, A.P, State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Director, Mid Day Meals, the Secretary, APREIS/APSWREIS/ APTWREIS/APBCWREIS, etc., Commissioner and Director, Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Director of Government Examinations, Director, SCERT, District Collectors and RJDSEs and DEOs shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.

ఒక నిర్దిష్ట తరగతి/ప్రమాణం యొక్క విభాగంలోని విద్యార్థులకు తరగతులు ప్రతి బ్యాచ్‌లో 20 కంటే ఎక్కువ మంది విద్యార్థులు లేని బ్యాచ్‌లుగా విభజించబడే విధంగా నిర్వహించబడతాయి. సాధారణ పాఠశాల సమయాలను పాటించాలి మరియు బోధన మరియు బోధనేతర సిబ్బంది అందరూ ప్రతి పనిదినానికి హాజరు కావాలి.

ప్రతి సెక్షన్‌లో 20 మంది కంటే ఎక్కువ మంది విద్యార్థులు లేకుండా ఒకే రోజు అన్ని తరగతులను నిర్వహించడానికి పాఠశాల వసతి సరిపోతుంది.

2021-22 విద్యా సంవత్సరం క్యాలెండర్‌ను తయారు చేయాలని విద్యా శాఖ మంత్రి ఆదిమూలపు సురేశ్‌ ఆదేశించారు. జూలై నెలలో టెన్త్‌, ఇంటర్‌ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించేందుకు పరిస్థితి అనుకూలిస్తే, అందుకు అనుకూలంగా టైం టేబుల్‌ తయారు చేసుకోవాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు. పరీక్షలు, 'నాడు-నేడు' మొదటి విడత పనులపై మంత్రి గురువారం వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్‌ నిర్వహించారు. 'నాడు-నేడు' పనుల్లో ముఖ్యంగా ప్రహరీల నిర్మాణం తక్షణమే పూర్తి చేయాలని ఆయన సూచించారు. వివిధ దశల్లో నిర్మాణంలో ఉన్న వాటిని 20వ తేదీలోగా పూర్తి చేయాలన్నారు. 14,971 పాఠశాలల్లో పెయింటింగ్‌ పనులకు గాను 82 శాతం పూర్తి చేసినట్లు అధికారులు తెలిపారు. జాతీయ నూతన విద్యా విధానంపై ఉపాధ్యాయ సంఘాల నుంచి వస్తున్న సందేహాలపై అధికారులతో మంత్రి సమీక్షించారు. ఎమ్మెల్సీలు, ఉపాధ్యాయ సంఘాల నాయకులు, ఉపాధ్యాయుల నుంచి సూచనలు తీసుకుని పరిశీలించాలని సూచించారు. జగనన్న విద్యా కానుక సరఫరా తీరుపై అధికారులను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో పాఠశాల విద్యా శాఖ ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి బి.రాజశేఖర్‌, పాఠశాల విద్య డైరెక్టర్‌ వి.చినవీరభద్రుడు, సమగ్ర శిక్ష ఎస్‌పీడీ వెట్రిసెల్వి, ఇంటర్‌ బోర్డు కార్యదర్శి వి.రామకృష్ణ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

పాఠశాలలకు ఈనెల 12 నుంచి 17వ తేదీ వరకు సంక్రాంతి సెలవులను ఇస్తున్నట్లు రాష్ట్ర విద్య పరిశోధన, శిక్షణ మండలి సంచాలకుడు ప్రతాప్‌రెడ్డి వెల్లడించారు. ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులతో అకడమిక్‌ అంశాలపై సోమవారం యూట్యూబ్‌ ఛానల్‌ లైవ్‌ను ఆయన నిర్వహించారు. ఈనెల 9వ తేదీన రెండో శనివారం రోజున పాఠశాలలకు సెలవును రద్దు చేస్తున్నట్లు ఉత్తర్వుల్లో పేర్కొన్నారు. 11న అమ్మఒడి కార్యక్రమం ఉన్నందున మధ్యాహ్నం వరకు పాఠశాలలు నడుస్తాయి. 12 నుంచి 17 వరకు సంక్రాంతి సెలవులు. 18న బడులు తెరుచుకుంటాయి. మొదట ప్రకటించిన షెడ్యూలు ప్రకారం 7, 8 తరగతులకు ఈ నెల 23 నుంచి ఫార్మేటివ్‌ పరీక్షలు ప్రారంభం కావాల్సి ఉండగా వాటిని ఫిబ్రవరికి వాయిదా వేస్తున్నాం. వచ్చే నెల 8, 9, 10 తేదీల్లో పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. 9, 10 తరగతులకు ఈనెల 6 నుంచి ఫార్మేటివ్‌ పరీక్షలు జరుగుతాయి' అని ఆయన వివరించారు.

మొదటగా ప్రతి ఉపాధ్యాయుడూ తన తరగతిలోని విద్యార్థులకు విద్యార్థివారీ ప్రణాళికను రూపొందించుకోవాలి.

విద్యార్థులను మూడు విధాలుగా విభజించుకోవాలి.

అ) ఆన్ లైన్ సౌకర్యాలు అందుబాటులో ఉన్న విద్యార్థులు (హై టెక్)

ఆ) రేడియో లేదా దూరదర్శన్ అందుబాటులో ఉన్న విద్యార్థులు (లో టెక్)

ఇ) కంప్యూటర్ గాని మొబైల్ గాని రేడియో గాని దూరదర్శన్ గాని అందుబాటులో లేని విద్యార్థులు (నో టెక్).

గ్రామస్థాయిలోనూ , పట్టణాల్లో వెనకబడ్డ ప్రాంతాల్లో నివసిస్తున్న విద్యార్థులు ఎక్కువమందికి ఎటువంటి సమాచార , ప్రసార , కంప్యూటర్ సాధనాలు అందుబాటులో లేనందువల్ల ముఖ్యంగా వారి పైన దృష్టి పెట్టే విధంగా ఉపాధ్యాయుడు తన ప్రణాళిక తయారు చేసుకోవాలి.

ఆ ప్రణాళికలో ఆయా తరగతుల వారికి మానవ వనరుల అభివృద్ధి మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ , భారత ప్రభుత్వం వారు సూచించిన విధంగా ఈ దిగువ పాఠ్యప్రణాళిక రూపొందించుకోవాలి.

అ) 1 నుండి 5 వ తరగతి వరకు కనీస అభ్యసన సామర్థ్యాలు సాధించే విధంగా 12 (నాలుగు వారాలు మొదటి భాగం , 8 వారాలు రెండో భాగం) వారాల ప్రత్యామ్నాయ క్యాలెండరులో చూపిన కృత్యాలు చేయించడం. ఇందుకు గాను , ఏ ఉపాధ్యాయుడికి ఆ ఉపాధ్యాయుడు కృత్యపత్రాలు తయారు చేసుకోవాలి.

వాటిని స్థానికంగా ముద్రించుకోవడం గాని లేదా ఫొటో కాపీ తీయించుకోవడం గాని లేదా కంప్యూటరు ద్వారా ప్రింటు తీసుకోవడం గాని చేయాలి. ఆకృత్యపత్రాలు విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రులకు అందచేసి వారి ద్వారా విద్యార్థులు ఆ కృత్యాలు చేసే విధంగా పర్యవేక్షించాలి. దూరదర్శన్ లో వచ్చే కార్యక్రమాలు పర్యవేక్షణ , ప్రత్యామ్నాయ క్యాలెండర్ పర్యవేక్షించాలి.

ఆ) 6 నుండి 8 వ తరగతి వరకు కనీస అభ్యసన సామర్థ్యాలు సాధించే విధంగా 4 వారాల ప్రత్యామ్నాయ క్యాలెండరులో చూపిన ప్రాజెక్టు పనులు పిల్లలద్వారా చేయించాలి.

పిల్లలు అటువంటి కృత్యాలు ఏ విధంగా చేపట్టాలో వారి తల్లిదండ్రులకు వివరించాలి. దూర దర్శన్ ద్వారా ప్రతి వారం ఒక పాఠం ద్వారా వివరించాలి. దూరదర్శన్ సౌకర్యం ఉన్న విద్యార్థులను లేని విద్యార్థులతో ఇద్దరిద్దరు చొప్పున జతపరిచి సౌకర్యాలు ఉన్న విద్యార్థుల ద్వారా సౌకర్యాలు లేని విద్యార్థులకు సమాచారాన్ని చేరవేసే విధంగా ఏర్పాటు చేసుకోవాలి. వారు ఆ విధంగా ప్రాజెక్టు పనులు చేస్తున్నారో లేదో తల్లిదండ్రుల ద్వారా పర్యవేక్షించుకోవాలి.

ఇ) 9 , 10 తరగతులకు :- వీరికి విషయాల వారీగా బోధన చేపట్టవచ్చు. ఇందుకుగాను, నాలుగు వారాల ప్రత్యామ్నాయ కాలెండరును ఉపయోగించుకోవాలి. వారికి ఆన్ లైన్ , రేడియోల ద్వారా శిక్షణ చేపట్టవచ్చు.

అంతేకాక స్థానికంగా అందుబాటులో ఉన్న విద్యావంతులైన యువతీ యువకులు స్వచ్ఛందంగా ముందుకు వచ్చినట్లయితే వారి సేవలు కూడా వినియోగించుకోవచ్చు.

ఉపాధ్యాయులు హాజరు::
33. విద్యార్థివారీ ప్రణాళిక రూపొందించుకుని అమలు చేయడం మొదలుపెట్టాక, ఉపాధ్యాయులు ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాలల్లోను, ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల్లోనూ కూడా *వారానికి ఒకసారి హాజరు కావలసి ఉంటుంది. కాని అందరూ విధిగా ఒక్కరోజే హాజరు కావలసిన అవసరం లేదు. వారు వారు ఏ రోజు పాఠశాలకు హాజరు కావాలి, ఎన్ని సార్లు హాజరు కావాలన్న విషయమై పాఠశాల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు తగు ఉత్తర్వులు ఇవ్వవలసి ఉంటుంది. ఈ ఆదేశాలు నాడు నేడు పాఠశాలలకు కూడా వర్తిస్తాయి.
34. ఆ విధంగా హాజరు అయినప్పుడు ఉపాధ్యాయులు *బయో మెట్రిక్ హాజరు నమోదు చెయ్యనవసరం లేదు*.
35. దీర్ఘకాలిక వ్యాధులతో సతమతమవుతున్నవారు, కంటెయిన్ మెంటు జోన్లలో నివసిస్తున్నవారు, శారీరిక వైకల్యం కలిగినవారు, కంటెయిన్ మెంటు జోన్లలో పాఠశాలలు ఉన్నవారు భౌతికంగా పాఠశాలలకు హాజరు కానవసరం లేదు.  కాని వారు కూడా తమ తరగతి వారీగా , విద్యార్థివారీగా ప్రణాళికలు తప్పని సరిగా రూపొందించుకోవాలి, విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రులతో ఫోన్ ద్వారా ఉత్తరప్రత్యుత్తరాలు జరుపుతూ తప్పనిసరిగా ప్రణాళిక అమలు పర్చాలి.
ఉపాధ్యాయుల పని సమీక్ష
36. ప్రత్యామ్నాయ అకడెమిక్ కాలండరులో సూచించిన విధంగా *ప్రతి ఉపాధ్యాయుడు ప్రతి రోజు తల్లిదండ్రులకు ఫోన్ చెయ్యవలసిఉంటుంది ఇందుకు గాను ఆయన రోజుకి కనీసం 15 మంది తల్లిదండ్రులకు ఫోన్ చేసి వారి పిల్లలు చేపట్టవలసిన విద్యాకార్యక్రమాల గురించి వివరించవలసి ఉంటుంది. మరుసటి రోజు నుండి రోజుకు అయిదుగురు చొప్పున తల్లిదండ్రులకు మరలా ఫోన్ చేసి వారి పిల్లల పురోగతి ఏ విధంగా ఉన్నదో తెలుసుకోవాలి. ఆ విధంగా వారానికి కనీసం 40 మంది విద్యార్థుల పురోగతి కనుక్కోవాలి.
37. ఆ విధంగా ఉపాధ్యాయుడు తాను చేసిన రోజువారీ పనిని ఒక డైరీలో నమోదు చేసుకుని ఆ పేజీలను ప్రతి శనివారం ఫొటో లేదా డాక్యుమెంట్  ఫార్మేట్లో గూగుల్ ఫారంలో అప్ లోడ్ చేయాలి.
38.ఆ విధంగా నమోదు చేసిన వివరాలను సంబంధిత మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు, ఉప విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు ఎప్పటికప్పుడు సమీక్షించుకోవాలి.

Old Update

► 2019-20లో మిగిలిపోయిన సిలబస్‌ను విద్యాసంస్థలు జూన్‌ ఆఖరుకల్లా పూర్తిచేయాలి. కాలేజీల్లో భౌతిక దూరం పాటించేందుకు వీలుగా 50 శాతం మంది విద్యార్థులను మాత్రమే తరగతులకు అనుమతించాలి. మిగతావారికి ఆన్‌లైన్, లైవ్‌ తరగతుల ద్వారా సిలబస్‌ పూర్తి చేయాలి. లేదా విద్యార్థులకు తరగతి గదుల్లో రెండు సెక్షన్లలో కూడా బోధించవచ్చు.
► ప్రాక్టికల్‌ తరగతులను కూడా భౌతిక దూరం పాటిస్తూ జూన్‌ ఆఖరునాటికి పూర్తిచేయాలి.
► 2019-20 ఫైనలియర్‌ థియరీ, ప్రాక్టికల్‌ పరీక్షలు జూలై1నుంచి 15లోపు పూర్తిచేయాలి. చివరి పరీక్ష ముగిసిన 15 రోజుల్లోగా ఫలితాలను ప్రకటించాలి. ఇందుకు అనుగుణంగా మూల్యాంకన విధానాలు మార్పుచేసి త్వరితంగా ఫలితాలు ఇచ్చేలా చూడాలి. ఇతర సెమిస్టర్ల విద్యార్థులకు పరీక్షల షెడ్యూల్‌ను 2020-21 విద్యాసంవత్సరం ప్రారంభమయ్యాక ప్రకటిస్తారు. ఫైనలియర్‌ కాకుండా ఇతర సంవత్సరాలు చదువుతున్న ఈ విద్యార్థులను వారి అటెండెన్సును అనుసరించి పై సంవత్సరాలకు ప్రమోట్‌ చేస్తారు.
► పీహెచ్‌డీ స్కాలర్ల సెమిస్టర్, వైవా వాయిస్‌ల పరీక్షలను యూజీసీ మార్గదర్శకాల మేరకు ఆన్‌లైన్లో పూర్తిచేయాలి. వైవా వాయిస్‌ను రికార్డుచేసి వర్సిటీలో భద్రపర్చాలి.
కోవిడ్‌ తీవ్రతను బట్టి ప్రత్యామ్నాయ ప్రణాళిక
'ఉన్నత విద్యామండలి రూపొందించిన ప్రణాళికకు ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి అనుమతి రాగానే దీని ప్రకారం తరగతుల నిర్వహణకు వర్సిటీలు, కాలేజీలు చర్యలు చేపట్టాలి. ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితులను బట్టి యూజీసీ మార్గదర్శకాల ప్రకారం ఈ ప్రణాళిక రూపొందించాం. వైరస్‌ తీవ్రత పెరగకుంటే దీని ప్రకారమే విద్యా సంస్థలు ముందుకు వెళతాయి. లేదంటే అప్పటి పరిస్థితులకు అనుగుణంగా ప్రత్యామ్నాయ ప్రణాళికలను రూపొందించుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది'

Andhra Pradesh state government had decided to reopen the schools from August 03, 2020. Chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in a review meeting on school education department here on Tuesday directed the officials to take necessary measures to reopen the schools following social distancing.

Local Holidays for Schools for AP Sachivalayam Exams GO 544 Dated 22.8.19

  • In the references 1st and 2nd read above, orders were issued for establishment of Village/Ward Secretariats in the State. The Government intends to make functional the Village/Ward Secretariats in the State by 2nd October, 2019 in which 1,26,728 functional assistants of different line departments for effective delivery of services.
  • 3. In the reference 3rd above, the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, Tadepalli, Guntur District has further submitted that, the Examinations to the above Secretariats recruitment will be held on 01.09.2019, 03.09.2019, 04.09.2019, 06.09.2019, 07.09.2019 and 08.09.2019. He has requested the Government to declare local holidays on 03.09.2019, 04.09.2019, 06.09.2019 and 07.09.2019 except 01.09.2019 and 08.09.2019 which falls on Sunday and to empower the District Collectors to that extent for necessary preparation and conduct of examinations.
  • 4. Government after careful examination and keeping in view the proposal of the Commissioner, PR&RD, Tadepalli, Guntur District, hereby declare local holiday on 03.09.2019, 04.09.2019, 06.09.2019 and 07.09.2019 for the Schools/Colleges/ Educational Institutions etc. in which Examinations are being conducted and empower the District Collectors take further necessary action.
  • 5. All the District Collectors in the State are requested to take further action in this regard.
  • 6. The Commissioner, PR & RD, Tadepalli, Guntur District is requested take necessary action in giving suitable instructions to the other District Officials wherever required for smooth conduct of examinations.
